Comic Off Hiatus...

Hey everyone!

It has been a long break, but the comic is now rolling along. Over the hiatus, I have spent my time cranking out more pages for your enjoyment. My plans for the future will be to eventually finish Heroes of Notepad with a climatic battle. I have been working substantially on my drawing skills, and have developed my style. Comic on Hiatus

I have decided to put Heroes of Note Pad on hiatus, I apologize for not informing you sooner. I am working on storyboarding further strips and I am also learning photoshop to improve my drawing techniques. I will continue posting comic strips again on Christmas, December 25th. Every Thursday, I will be posting sneak peeks of what is in the works. As I am still a budding cartoonist, I thank all of you for your support in reading my comic thus far. I hope you will continue to read and enjoy my work after I return from hiatus.

Scheduling change...

Hey everyone,

I have decided to change my updating schedule, due in part to school and work. Starting this June, I will be updating only one page a week. Yes, I can hear a few groans coming from the back, but this change is necessary for the comic strip to continue. My artwork has been getting increasingly intricate as the plot has been heating up. Better artwork takes more time to draw. School and work have been demanding more time, reducing the amount of time I have to draw the comic. Heroes of Note Pad is currently my source of pride and joy, So, is taking a little bit more time to write pages and improve my skills a crime? Nay, I think not. This produces a better comic for you, the reader, and the chance for me, the cartoonist, to improve my work.

New stuff....

Hey Everyone!

I finally put some links up on the links page, yaay! In a couple months, I plan to completely revamp the site and add some new flashy graphics. I am also considering putting up a fan art section alongside the egg art section. Thanks for reading!

Anouncement!

Next week, Heroes of Notepad unfolds it's new artwork! Everything will look much more finished and professional, as it will be drawn digitally with a vertex program. So be sure to check out the all new artwork next week, as we continue with the story. :-)

Some little changes....

I made some little changes to the formatting of the site. The comics will no longer be crooked! So yeah, that is today's little victory. Just so you know, I try to write this comic about 25 pages in advanced. The next few weeks will be my line art, then the strip will shift to the "new look," nice crisp vector line art. That is something to look forward to! More comics on the way. Cheers!

I am feeling significantly better now. My headache and chest congestion have pretty much disappeared! :-) Therefore, I took the chance to draw some concept art for you of an elite guardsman of Cajun City, the Hardboiled Legionnaire! You can check him out in the egg art section. Cheers!
